Refunds/Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products we do not allow returns unless your order is damaged or missing.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us via email at contact@fayejai.com and provide a photo/video within 7 days of delivery.  We’ll evaluate the request, and if approved will ship out a replacement item as soon as possible.

If there is a different issue occurring with your order, we will work with you to find a solution.
